Baby Karlo

Kuya Rouel and Ate Loida brought Baby Karlo to our apartment today for a photo session.  He's such a cutie too.  We spoke about how each of their children have such different personalities and how interesting it is to actually see each child's personality develop.  Here's a couple of photos from today.

Baby Face

I had the opportunity to photograph a beautiful baby girl today.  Baby Kahli was such an adorable baby! I've taken photos of babies before, but not as young as her. She was my first "close to being a newborn" baby that I had the honor to photograph. I realize that it is more difficult to take pictures of babies at an age younger than one. You have to get them at the right moment before they start to cry for their mommies or before they fall off the table they are positioned on...  One thing's for sure, it was a great learning experience for me!

Here's a photo of the little angel.

Thank you Judeth for giving me the opportunity to photograph your precious Kahli!

Ed & Shey's Wedding

Kuya Ed, a good friend of mine got married on Friday, January 25, 2008. FINALLY! hehehe. His bride, Shey, was such a beautiful bride! Here is a photo I shot of them before they went down to their wedding reception at the Lakewood Country Club, Lakewood, California.

Thank you both for letting me take your photos! It was such an honor :)

Philippines

Our trip to the Philippines was just so awesome! We spent most of the time with Ryan's family. We pretty much stayed in Manila and didn't travel far except to visit Ryan's lolo (grandfather) and lola (grandmother) in Baliuag, Bulakan.

What I really wanted to do most was see Central Temple during our 5th Year Anniversary and see our Ninongs and Ninangs who live there, which we did! We also did A LOT of shopping (mostly for Ryan), eating, and sleeping..

It took me 2 weeks to get use to the time difference, but by then, it was time for us to go back to California! Gosh, I really miss everyone there; my relatives, my in laws, and our ninongs and ninangs. Hopefully in 2 years we'll be able to see them all again!

For now, we'll continue to recall our memories with everyone in PI, call them on the phone, and look at pictures like these...
